Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us at aloha@vermilli.com as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee modifications, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
I received a delivery confirmation, but my package hasn't arrived. What should I do?
First, verify that your shipping address is correct. Then, check with neighbors or your local post office, and shipping carrier. If you still can't locate your package, reach out to us at aloha@vermilli.com, and we'll assist you further.
Shipping
When will my order ship, and how long will it take to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for all order processing. Delivery times vary based on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Rates via USPS/FedEx
United States Flat Rate: $8.00
- 5-7 day shipping time
FedEx or USPS Rush Rate: $18.00
- 3-day shipping time
Canada Flat Rate: $40.00
- 3-4 weeks shipping time
All Other International Flat Rate: $40.00
- 4-5 weeks shipping time

Returns and Exchanges
General Return Requirements
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Online Purchases – Full Priced Items
- Eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- A 6% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds to help cover credit card fees.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In-Person Purchases – Full Priced Items
- Includes events, pop-ups, and Hawai‘i market purchases
- Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Refunds are not available for in-person purchases.
Sale and Discounted Items
- Applies to both online and in-person purchases
- Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Refunds are not available on sale or discounted items.
Bogo Promotions
- Buy-One-Get-One deals, both online and in person
- Final Sale – no returns, exchanges, or store credit. No exceptions.
